1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account on Suryom you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Your account
- You must be 13 or older.
- One account per person. Multi-accounting to abuse referrals or quests is grounds for ban and coin forfeiture.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity from your account.
3. Surya Coins & cashouts
- Surya Coins have no monetary value until converted via the official Cashout flow.
- Coins earned through fraud, bots or fake activity will be reversed.
- Cashouts are subject to verification and may take up to 7 working days.
- We may change earning rates, quest rewards and jackpot rules with notice in-app.
4. Community rules
You agree NOT to post:
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, doxxing.
- Sexual content, content involving minors, illegal goods.
- Spam, misleading offers, MLM/Ponzi recruitment.
- Content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark.
We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Blood requests & SOS
Suryom helps connect people in emergencies but is not a medical or emergency service. Always call official emergency numbers (112 in India) for life-threatening situations. We do not guarantee response time or availability.
6. Shop owners
Shop owners listing on Suryom are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, prices and offers. Suryom is not a party to the transaction between you and a shop.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suryom is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
